Birth rate height on certain rural areas of area is in direct dependence on productivity of these areas. So, it is characteristic that from the provided list of areas with rather low birth rate, all areas, except two (Konstantinovsky and Razdorsky) belong to group of the North Don, least fruitful districts of area. And, on the contrary, fruitful districts of the area differ in high birth rate.
