Information request about activity of the Government of the Rostov region

Access to information on activity of the Government of the Rostov region is provided according to:

Federal law of February 9, 2009 N 8-FZ "About Ensuring Access to Information on Activity of Public Authorities and Local Governments",

Section XI of the decree of the Governor of the Rostov region of 21.03.2016 No. 50 "About Regulations of the Government of the Rostov region",

Decree of the Government of the Rostov region of 13.01.2012 No. 10 "About the Adoption of the Provision on the Official Site of the Government of the Rostov Region".

Information on activity of the Government of the Rostov region on inquiries is provided by structural units of the Government of the Rostov region according to their functions determined by regulations on these structural units.

Structural units of the Government of the Rostov region have the right to specify the content of inquiry; in reply to the request to be limited to the indication of the name, date of an exit and number of mass media in which required information and (or) the e-mail address of the official site on which required information is posted is published.

The postal address, number of phone and (or) fax or the e-mail address for the direction of reply to the request or specification of content of inquiry and also a surname, a name and a middle name of the citizen (natural person) or the name of the organization (legal entity), the public association, public authority, local government requesting information on activity of the Government of the Rostov region are specified in inquiry.

Anonymous requests are not reviewed.

Also the name of public authority or local government to which the inquiry, either a surname and initials or a position of the corresponding official is sent is specified in the inquiry made in writing.

The inquiry in writing is subject to registration within three days from the date of its receipt in the Government of the Rostov region, in an oral form - in day of its receipt with the indication of date and time of receipt.

The inquiry is subject to consideration in 30-days time from the date of its registration. In case providing required information is impossible in the specified time, within 7 days from the date of inquiry registration his author is notified on a delay of reply to the request with the indication of its reason and term of providing required information which cannot exceed fifteen days over an established period for reply to the requests.

If the inquiry does not belong to activity of the Government of the Rostov region, then within 7 days from the date of inquiry registration it goes to public authority or local government to which powers the providing required information is referred. About readdressing of inquiry in the same time it is reported to the author of inquiry.
