Vasily Yuryevich Golubev
Was born in miner's family in the village of Ermakovskaya of Tatsinsky district of the Rostov region on January 30, 1957.
In 1980 the engineer-economist graduated from the Moscow institute of management of S. Ordzhonikidze. On distribution it was sent to the city of Vidnoye situated near Moscow. The labor way began in the Vidnovsky cargo autoenterprise from where it was nominated to the leading work in party bodies. In 1991 it was appointed, and in the 1996th it is elected the head of Leninsky district of the Moscow region.
Since April, 1999 held a post of the vice governor of the Moscow region, since March, 2000 – the First Deputy Prime Minister of Moscow area. Supervised issues of development of a scientific and industrial complex, agriculture and food, housing and communal services, fuel and power, a construction complex of the Moscow region.
In December, 2003 it is again elected the head of Leninsky district of the Moscow region, in March, 2008 it is re-elected for the next term.
On May 21, 2010 on representation of the Russian President it is given by deputies of Legislative Assembly of the Rostov region authority of the Head of administration (Governor) of the Rostov region. Due to the expiration of powers and before taking office of the person elected the Governor of the Rostov region since June 14, 2015 V.Yu. Golubev it is appointed the acting as the Governor of the Rostov region.
On September 13, 2015 inhabitants of the region Vasily Yuryevich Golubev is elected the Governor of the Rostov region. The inauguration ceremony was held on September 29, 2015.
Graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation. Has academic degrees of Candidate of Law Sciences and Doctor of Economics.
Married. Has two children.
