To Dona 63 more veterans of the Great Patriotic War will improve living conditions

Subventions from the federal budget are provided for provision of housing for veterans of the Great Patriotic War and persons to them equated the Rostov region. The Don region will receive 103 million rubles – living conditions will improve 63 persons.

Let's remind, 34.6 million rubles were already directed to these purposes in the spring of 2020 that allowed to provide with housing of 20 veterans staying on the room registry.

– In the Rostov region the housing issues of this category of citizens are resolved in reasonable time. At the same time lists continue to be replenished. This process – constant as the right for improvement of living conditions remains not only for veterans, but also for members of their families, – the Minister of Construction, architecture and territorial development of the Rostov region Sergey Kuts explained. – Certainly, during action of high alert the help in selection of premises and execution of necessary documents with observance of all measures of anti-epidemic safety will be rendered to veterans.

Let's remind, provision of housing for veterans is carried out in pursuance of the decree of the Russian President of May 7, 2008 "About provision of housing for veterans of the Great Patriotic War (GPW) of 1941-1945" and on the basis of the federal law of 12.01.1995 No. 5-FZ "About Veterans". In the Rostov region during 2015-2019 at the expense of means of the federal budget 1194 persons improved the living conditions, among them – 352 disabled person and the participant of Great Patriotic War.
