About modification

in the Government decree

The Rostov region of 15.03.2013 No. 145 

For optimization of work on coordination of drafts of legal acts of the Government of the Rostov region the Government Rostov oblastipostanovlyat:

1. To make to Section 2 annexes to the Decree of the Government of the Rostov region of 15.03.2013 No. 145 "About the Adoption of the Provision on Coordinating and Advisory Bodies at the Government of the Rostov Region"  change, having stated Paragraph 2.4 in the following edition:

"2.4. Drafts of Decrees of the Government of the Rostov region on the adoption of regulations on coordinating and advisory body at the Government of the Rostov region are subject to preparation and coordination according to Regulations of the Government of the Rostov region.".

2. The present resolution comes into force from the date of its official publication.

3.  To impose control over the implementation of the present resolution on the deputy governor of the Rostov region V.V. Rudy.
