About establishment of zones of protection of an object

cultural heritage of regional value

Church of St. John the Evangelist and approval of requirements

to town-planning regulations in borders of territories of these zones

According to the Federal law of 25.06.2002 No. 73-FZ "About Objects of Cultural Heritage (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the People of the Russian Federation", the Provision on zones of protection of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation approved by the Russian Federation Government decree of 12.09.2015 No. 972, the Regional law of 02.03.2015 No. 334-ZS "About Objects of Cultural Heritage (Historical and Cultural Monuments) in the Rostov Region" on the basis of the project of zones of protection of an object of cultural heritage of regional value Church of St. John the Evangelist, the conclusions of the state historical and cultural examination of 14.08.2020 the Government of the Rostov region decides:

1. To establish zones of protection of an object of cultural heritage of regional value Church of St. John the Evangelist (the registration number in the unified state register of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation – 611610440080005) according to appendix No. 1.

2. To approve requirements to town-planning regulations in borders of territories of zones of protection of an object of cultural heritage of regional value Church of St. John the Evangelist according to appendix No. 2.

3. To take into consideration that Church of St. John the Evangelist has an object of cultural heritage of regional value:

3.1. Address according to the decision of small Council of the Rostov regional council of People's Deputies of 18.11.1992 No. 301 "About acceptance on the state protection of historical and cultural monuments in the Rostov region": Rostov region, Aksay district, article Grushevskaya.

3.2. Address according to the data which are contained in the unified state register of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation: Rostov region, Aksay district, article Grushevskaya, Sovetskaya St., 343-a.

4. To define that Church of St. John the Evangelist is the holder of the original of the project of zones of protection of an object of cultural heritage of regional value committee on protection of objects of cultural heritage of the Rostov region.

5. The present resolution comes into force from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of the present resolution on the First Deputy Governor of the Rostov region I.A. Guskov.
