Permission of collective labor disputes
Collective labor dispute – not settled issues between workers (their representatives) and the employer (their representatives) concerning establishment and change of working conditions (including the salary), the conclusions, change and implementation of collective agreements, agreements and also in connection with refusal of the employer to consider opinion of electoral representative body of workers at adoption of the acts containing standards of the labor law in the organizations. (Chapter 61. "Consideration of collective labor disputes" of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).
Functions on settlement of collective labor disputes are assigned to the Ministry of Labour and social development of the region.
In urban districts and municipal districts of function of coordinators of work on settlement of collective labor disputes are assigned to deputy heads of municipalities.
In the area the regional databank of the labor arbitrators specializing in permission of collective labor disputes in number of 117 people is created.
